  I understand that all children are required by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City in accordance with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to receive Safe Environment Training and acknowledge to you that this training has been offered to my child(ren).
  
  - The School will provide you with the Safe Environment Curriculum materials from the school for my use with my child(ren).
  
  - I understand that the goal of the Safe Environment Curriculum is not sex education but personal safety, which includes information regarding improper touching, relationships, and how to deal with uncomfortable situations. In addition, I understand that the Safe Environment Curriculum clearly emphasizes to children and youth the need to report such incidents to parents, teachers, or to others in authority.
